your enquiry.

What you share

The form asks for your name, email address, enquiry topic, message and consent to use those details to respond. Your organisation is optional. No documents or payment details are requested.

Where your message goes

FormSubmit processes the submission, including its security check, and forwards it to JDPI’s configured enquiry inbox. JDPI uses the details you provide to handle and respond to your enquiry. Your message is not published on this website.

FormSubmit’s documentation states that its submission archive retains messages for 30 days. That is the provider’s archive period, not a promise that email copies in JDPI’s inbox are deleted after 30 days. Read FormSubmit’s privacy information (PDF).

Questions about your details

For questions about an enquiry, JDPI’s retention arrangements, or to request correction or removal of details you submitted, email info@jdpimaiduguri.org. JDPI will assess your request; this page does not promise automatic deletion.

You can also contact JDPI directly by phone or email instead of using this form.

Please keep sensitive information out

Do not include confidential case details, names of affected people, financial information or sensitive documents. For safeguarding or confidential complaints, ask for the appropriate reporting channel without sending case details through the website form or a general email.
